ABOUT ME

I am an American living as a ministry leader in China since 2002. In these 20+ years, i have experienced the ups and downs of ministry leadership life, including burnout, compassion fatigue, hurt relationships, feeling stuck, being betrayed and also the joys of seeing transformation and lives change.  After experiencing a personal crisis, in 2019 I made the life changing decision to pursue Christian counseling. Since then I have been committed to helping Christian ministry leaders find the fullness, freedom and flourishing that comes from having a centered heart.

I received approved coaching training from ICF, the International Coaching Federation, who also awarded me with my coaching credential as an Associate Certified Coach. I have been a practicing coach since 2020.
